Drewmocracy is the product of Andrew J. Cohen, a long-time political observer, procurer of personal technology, and — in recent years — parent of two wonderful children. By day, and sometimes evenings, he labors for Forum One Communications, where he helps nonprofit organizations harness the Internet for good causes. By night, he browses for good deals on iPod accessories, diapers, and policy positions.

This blog was started after many years in which friends and family would ask Andrew for free technology advice and, in their weaker moments, his opinions on current affairs. Now, through the magic of technology, these opinions can still offered for free, but also be cataloged in a handy, browsable format that can be preserved throughout the ages in www.archive.org.

And thus ends Andrew’s experiment in writing in the third person.
