I banged my forehead a few days ago which necessitated a trip to the ER, but caused no permanent damage other than some ugly bruising around my eye. The story of how it I did it is so klutzy and lame that it will never be widely told. Fortunately, my co-worker Matt Humphrey caught a photo of what really happened:
