Coffee cures Parkinson’s. And gout. And bad breath

Posted on Monday 16 April 2007

In my day job, I’m organizing an event on blogging and policy organizations at the National Press Club next week. One of my speakers, is Christine Gorman, a veteran journalist for Time Magazine. She has a great new blog about how consumers should read health journalism.

I really appreciated her post about sloppy headlines when reporting that smoking and caffeine “may protect” against Parkinson’s Disease, as someone I love has PD.
